• Upload photos for AI-powered transformations
• Generate viral-quality images using pre-designed templates
• Download and share generated content

The Service is 100% free and monetized through advertising.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Appropriate Content

You agree NOT to upload images containing:

• Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit content (NSFW)
• Violence, gore, or harmful content
• Hate speech, discrimination, or offensive material
• Illegal activities or content violating laws
• Minors without parental consent
• Copyrighted material you do not own or have rights to use

3.2 Age Requirements

You must be 13 years or older to use TrendifyAI. Users under 18 should obtain parental consent before using the Service.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Your Content

By uploading images, you grant TrendifyAI a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process your image through AI APIs for generation purposes
• Temporarily store your image for 24 hours (auto-deleted thereafter)

You retain full ownership of your original uploaded images.

4.2 Generated Images

Generated images are yours to use for:

• Personal use on social media
• Non-commercial sharing and distribution
• Portfolio or creative projects

Commercial Use: If you wish to use generated images for commercial purposes (e.g., selling products, advertising), you must ensure compliance with AI provider terms.

4.3 TrendifyAI Watermark

All generated images include a TrendifyAI watermark by default. You may remove the watermark by watching a reward video ad. Images with watermarks must retain the watermark if shared publicly.

5. Service Availability

TrendifyAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
• Limit generation quotas during high traffic periods
• Update templates, features, or functionalities
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason

6. Advertising and Monetization

TrendifyAI is free because it is ad-supported. By using the Service, you agree to:

• View banner ads during browsing and generation
• Optionally watch reward video ads to remove watermarks
• Encounter interstitial ads before downloads

Ad-blocking software may interfere with Service functionality.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TrendifyAI is provided WITHOUT WARRANTIES of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do NOT guarantee:

• Accuracy or quality of AI-generated images
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Availability during maintenance or technical issues
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendifyAI and its operators shall NOT be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or opportunity
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access or use
• Third-party content or AI processing errors

9. Google AdSense Compliance

TrendifyAI complies with Google AdSense policies. Users must NOT:

• Click on ads fraudulently or encourage others to do so
• Manipulate ad impressions or engagement metrics
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with ads

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
